A Biker´s work is never done…

I have been riding motorcycles for almost 40 years. Of these, almost 15 years a Harley Davidson. There are parallels between this and my other "hobby", the HCM projects. Even the almost obligatory customizing project of a Harley wants to be well planned, otherwise the project runs into the limitless. If you don't have the goal clearly in mind, you keep starting over. The costs increase without you getting one step closer to your goal. And even if you have reached the goal and are satisfied with the result, you must never lose sight of the maintenance of such a motorcycle. Only then will it be a reliable companion. I structure my HCM projects in the same way. Before the work starts, the goal must be clear. Only then can the steps to get there be planned effectively....

Professional Career

Several years working as a drug consultant in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on the development of a documentation database, then change to the SAP business and found i/Con. Until today I am Managing Director of i/Con with my focus on SAP-HCM and cloud based time management solutions.

Finally something personal

Besides my partner, my family and my friends, my shepherd dog Kira is a very important part of my life. She brings me into the nature, which is so important to me, where I also love to take pictures, go mountain biking or hiking.
