Experience

I have been working in the field of SAP HCM for more than 20 years. In numerous projects I have supervised and successfully carried out all phases of a project from conception, organization, realization, go-live implementation to ongoing support.

Academics

Professional Career

After graduating from high school in 1978, I began an apprenticeship as a retail specialist at a large food retailer. Even then, I was able to gain initial experience in IT, at that time still on IBM mainframes. From 1998 onwards, after successful certification, I worked as an SAP HCM consultant in an SAP HCM implementation project. In 2001 I founded i/Con Unternehmensberatung GmbH with my colleagues Andreas Niebling and Christoph Werner.

Special Interests

Finally something personal

With my friends from U.M.P. we rehearse every second Tuesday. I recharge my batteries with our music. And our dog Champ makes sure that I regularly get out into the fresh air. He loves extensive walks in the nearby forest.
