I have been dealing with personnel processes for more than 25 years. From the hiring process to the design of compensation models to partial retirement plans, it is always about one, essential factor: The human being. It is this factor that constantly revitalizes the profession as a consultant.

Professional Career

After an apprenticeship in a medium-sized tax consultancy, I took further training to become a human resources specialist. After several years of of operational and consulting personnel work, I decided to continue my personnel work in industry.

As personnel manager of various industrial companies, I implemented successful personnel strategies and methods for the further development of executives.

After 14 years of personnel work, I decided to turn my back on these partly highly political topics and to go into the technical implementation of my long-standing concepts.

This allowed me to bridge the gap between HR work and SAP HCM processes.
