Companies are always looking for the ideal, customized solution or the optimal product. In addition to the functional requirements, the budget must always be considered and adhered to. I help our customers, partners and interested parties to find the optimal solution option and to fix it contractually.
Result-oriented, self-responsible, quality-conscious, structured, systematic, service- and customer-oriented, but also team- and company-oriented. With this self-imposed work style, I have been doing my job daily for many years and I always try to communicate my credo to the outside. My focus is on:
For more than 16 years I have been responsible for all topics related to sales (new and existing customers), marketing, partner business, accounting and SAP licensing business, often acting as an interface between the various company departments internally, as well as with customers, partners, and SAP externally.
Initially, I followed in my father's footsteps and learned a skilled trade. After a few years as a journeyman, I took the master craftsman's examination and worked successfully as a "master craftsman" for a few years. Due to an illness-related circumstance I then, like 2 of my brothers, got into the "clutches" of tax consultancy and in this profession, I very often had contact with the topic of "Payroll". A good friend then brought me to an American payroll provider as a payroll team leader and within this activity in 2005 I then changed to the sales of payroll services.
I am married and have two grown-up daughters. Since my birth I live at the interface between North Sea and Baltic Sea in the Schleswig-Holstein city Itzehoe.
Since my childhood I have been a passionate sportsman and prefer ball sports (soccer, tennis, squash). But I also like running and cycling. Another very big hobby of mine is my faithful four-legged companion "Sammy" (Labrasier) for over 13years now. For some years I was also active in e-sports and could become GermanÜ40 champion in Pro evolution Soccer 3 times.
